As a tribute to one of cinema’s most beloved films, this fictional concept reimagines the E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial soundtrack as a 70th Anniversary collector’s vinyl edition. Inspired by my love for cult classics, emotional storytelling, and atmospheric design, this project explores how illustration and layout can elevate a physical product into a narrative experience.

I directed the visual language from start to finish — sketching, digitally painting, and composing scenes that captured the wonder and innocence of the original film. The artwork was built in Photoshop, then refined in Illustrator and InDesign to craft a cohesive gatefold, back cover, and insert design. Every element — from typography to palette to character framing — was chosen to evoke a sense of timeless wonder. The final mockup also features animated elements to create a dynamic, storybook-like reveal.
